Scope

These terms govern your use of the Vanixa website and its background removal and image compression tools. By using the site you accept these terms.

The service

The tools run in your browser and are currently free. We provide the service as is and do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or give the result you expect for every image.

We may improve, change or remove features without prior notice.

Acceptable use

When using the tools you agree to:

• Only process images you have the right to use
• Not use the tools to create unlawful, infringing or misleading content
• Not harm or overload the site or its infrastructure, or try to bypass its security measures

Intellectual property

You keep all rights to the images you process and the results you get; we claim no rights over them.

The site's design, logo, text and software belong to Vanixa. Open-source components are subject to their own licences (e.g. MIT for BiRefNet, Apache-2.0 for ISNet, MIT for ONNX Runtime).

Free service

Vanixa is offered free of charge. We do not sell subscriptions and do not collect payment details. If this ever changes, we will update these terms before any paid feature goes live, and nothing you use today will start costing money without notice.

Limitation of liability

We recommend checking results before use and keeping backups of your original files. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the tools. This does not limit your rights under consumer law.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Consumers may apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts where they live.
